The process

Step 1: Preparing your application file

Before applying, make sure you prepare a complete and compelling application file, including:

• A detailed presentation of your project: context, objectives, target market, etc.
• A business plan: market analysis, business strategy, financial forecasts, etc.
• A presentation of your team: skills, experiences, roles, and responsibilities of each member.
• A prototype or mockup of the product (if available).

Step 2: Complete the online application form

Once your file is ready, fill out the online application form (in French). Make sure you provide accurate and up-to-date information. We’ll reach out by email to ask you for the documents if the project matches our requirements.

Step 3: Pre-selection interviews

After receiving and reviewing your application, our selection team will contact you for an interview if your project meets our criteria. This interview will assess the technical feasibility, business opportunity, and quality of your team.

Step 4: Final selection

Shortlisted projects will be invited to participate in a pitch session in front of our selection committee. You will have the opportunity to present your project in detail and answer questions from our experts. The selection committee will evaluate projects based on their growth potential, social impact, and alignment with Foxlabs’ objectives.

Step 5: Integration into the incubation program

If your project is selected, you will be invited to join our incubation program. You will benefit from tailored support to develop your product and project, including technical assistance, mentoring, training, and access to our network of experts and partners.
